Blue Club Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

• The Mulligans Blue Club Card is valid at all branches of Mulligans Pharmacy.
• The Mulligans Blue Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Mulligans Chemist Ltd. 40/41 Barronstrand Street Waterford.
• Mulligans Chemist Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or decline the card to change or cancel offers, to terminate the scheme or to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
• Mulligans Chemist Ltd. will display notice of any changes both in-store and online.
• The Mulligans Blue Club Card is for use by the authorised cardholder only.
• If Mulligans Chemist Ltd. identifies that you hold two or more Mulligans Blue Club Cards, your accounts can be merged at our discretion.
• The Mulligans Blue Club Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Mulligans Chemist Ltd. reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
• Mulligans Chemist Ltd. can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Mulligans Blue Club Card account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers.

Earning and Redeeming Points

• Upon registering, you will receive 300 starter points onto your Blue Club Card for FREE.
• To qualify for rewards, benefits and special offers, the Blue Club Card should be presented at the time of purchase.
• If you don’t have your Blue Club Card present at the time of purchase, you can add points earned by returning with your receipt and card within 28 days of the transaction.
• Points are calculated on the value of your purchases after all special offers and discounts have been taken into account.
• You will EARN 3 points for every €1 spent.
• REDEEM 1 point for 1cent off the value of an item. e.g. If an item is €1, you will need 100 points.
• Points will not be issued on sale of gift cards
• Mulligans Chemist Ltd. Reserves the right to exclude other items at a future date
• To activate your card, we require your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number.
• To be eligible to spend your points, you must have a minimum points balance of 500.
• Mulligans Chemist Ltd. will not exchange points for cash.
• When spending your points, if your transaction amount exceeds the balance of your Blue Club points, you can use an alternative method of payment for the remaining balance.
• Points earned in-store can be redeemed online, and vice-versa.

Data Protection

• If you have agreed to let us contact you, we will keep you updated on any special offers, coupons, events and news via e-mail or SMS.
• We will not pass your details to any third party.

Returning Goods

• If you are returning or seeking a refund for an item on which points were earned, the points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account.

Lost/Stolen/Inactive Cards

• If your Blue Club is lost or stolen, please inform a member of staff in any of our stores who will issue you with a replacement. You can transfer the balance from your old card to your new card by asking one of our sales staff to assist you. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with your Name, Address, Mobile Number, and your new Blue Club Card number.
• If your Blue Club Card has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be deemed expired and cancelled by Mulligans Chemist Ltd.

How Do I Use My Mulligans Blue Club Card Online?

Please enter your Mulligans Blue Club Card number when creating an account at www.mulliganspharmacy.com. This will link your card to your account so that you can earn points on purchases made online.
