What is your LH? Around 24 to 36 hours before ovulation, your luteinising hormone (LH) quickly reaches high levels.
The most fertile days occur around ovulation when an egg is released from the ovaries. This ovulation test allows you to identify these days by detecting the sharp rise, or surge, in the level of luteinising hormone (LH) that occurs 24-48 hours before ovulation.
For best results, perform the around the same time each day.
Keep in mind that liquid can dilute the amount of luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine. If this happens, it can appear as if you’re not ovulating when you are. So limit your intake of fluids about 2 hours before testing.
